That the room was a suite with a separate sitting area so we did not have to watch tv in bed; very updated and modern rooms; good breakfas. Most of all, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. We checked out a day early because the family members we were supposed to meet in Savannah were nowhere to be found after arriving, so we went home a day early since we couldn't contact them. The hotel manager was willing to work with us and offered a refund for the last night. Much appreciated.

I liked the breakfast. The staff was nice to me and available if I needed anything. The location was perfect because I wasnt too far from restaurant, shops, and other venues for entertainment.

Hyatt place room 131. Immaculate, spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having lots of pillows as well. Excellent Wifi connection. Also the room was quiet, as was the lobby. Pool works well and fitness Center has a decent set of weights and treadmills. Sweat towels also provided. The included breakfast wasn’t the most generous but it worked for me with buttery scrambled eggs, cinnamon raisin toast and butter, and granola (amongst a few other options).

The breakfast was exceptional with a nice daily variety. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, we were checked in to a 1st floor room. Due to the flooding, the room wasn't entirely dry. When I went to the desk for a different room, they immediately changed our room to one on the 3rd floor. There wasn't any hassle once the room move was requested.

The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was good. You are located by plenty to eat and there's shopping.

The room was spacious and clean and we had a great view. I love the airport location. It has all the shops and food around us. We experienced great service and the staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was extremely convenient for a road trip down I-95 - the hotel is only a few minutes off the highway. We had a king bed with a fold out sofa for our kids - we did have to request sheets for this, but they brought the linens very quickly even though it was late. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the included breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The only complaint was that our room was on the second floor, right outside the airconditioning unit for the whole building, so that was kind of loud, but not so loud you couldn't sleep. Overall, for a last minute booking we were very happy.

The breakfast was great, though I was really hoping for a waffle maker. I liked that breakfast was different both mornings that we were there for.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were very spacious with a living area and a bedroom down the hall. the breakfast was 10/10 every single morning. The staff serving breakfast were so welcoming and kind. The management is exceptional here. Definitely will be staying again.
